Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance, servers, and applications
  • To provide SLA weekly, monthly or as required by customers and management
  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve network and system issues to ensure uptime and reliability
  • Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages in a timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up on resolutions
  • Perform routine network maintenance, system updates, and configuration changes
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and network performance trends
  • Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance
  • To assist in deployment and maintenance support for clients and internal teams as required
  • Ensure compliance with network security policies and best practices

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferably with IT background and familiar with NOC procedures and escalations procedures.
  • Knowledge of network and system is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
