Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance, servers, and applications
- To provide SLA weekly, monthly or as required by customers and management
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network and system issues to ensure uptime and reliability
- Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up on resolutions
- Perform routine network maintenance, system updates, and configuration changes
- Document incidents, resolutions, and network performance trends
- Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance
- To assist in deployment and maintenance support for clients and internal teams as required
- Ensure compliance with network security policies and best practices
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferably with IT background and familiar with NOC procedures and escalations procedures.
- Knowledge of network and system is an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
