  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, social media, e-commerce platforms, marketing materials, and similar platforms.
  • Conducting research and interviews to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and then contextualizing your findings.
  • Assisting the creative team with the design of promotional materials.
  • Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives
  • Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems
  • Monitoring social media and company website metrics.
  • Manage your streaming setup and equipment, ensuring that the equipment is functional, well-maintained, and of high quality.
  • Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.
  • Boost followers and tiktok shop ratings.
  • Manage the TikTok live stream calendar, plan and conduct live streaming to ensure that all live streams are done on time and meet the quality and standard.
  • Prepare scripts & visual assets for content and hosting live streaming events, interviews, Q&A sessions, and other types of interactive events.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 year of experience in producing content and live streaming on TikTok, either professionally or as a hobby.
  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree holder in related courses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa.
  • Preferred highly energetic and dynamic person
  • Self-starter, ability to work and thrive within a fast-paced, culturally diverse, and evolving environment.
  • Knowledge of TikTok trends, best practices, TikTok Analytics, and ability to use data to drive content decisions.
  • Passion on the e-commerce and/or consumer brand industries, including industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Experienced in retail sales would be a good advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
