As an Accounts cum Admin Executive, you will be at the intersection of finance
and daily office operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and efficient
administrative management. This position will require a blend of accounting
knowledge and administrative skills to support our company’s ongoing activities.
1. Accounting Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping: Managing day-to-day accounting records, including tracking income, expenses, and maintaining ledgers.
- Invoicing and Billing: Issuing invoices to clients, tracking payments, and ensuring timely receipt of payments.
- Payroll: Administering employee payroll, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring that bank statements are reconciled with company financial records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports (e.g., profit and loss statements, balance sheets) for management.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with relevant tax regulations and submitting tax returns on time.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Managing outstanding invoices, paying suppliers, and following up on overdue payments.
2. Administrative Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and managing general office operations.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Managing appointments, meetings, and schedules for management or team members.
- Communication: Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring that important communications are directed to the appropriate person.
- Record Keeping: Organizing and maintaining company records, files, and documents in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Human Resources Support: Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Customer Service: Assisting with customer inquiries, providing support, and helping resolve issues.
3. Additional Responsibilities (if applicable):
- Inventory Management: If the company deals with physical goods, managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
- Compliance & Licensing: Ensuring that the company adheres to legal regulations related to business operations and licenses.
- Reporting to Management: Providing regular updates to the management team on the financial health of the organization and assisting with business decision-making.
