This role involves managing a global OPC Front End Wafer Test planning team, overseeing wafer test demand and capacity allocation, and ensuring process harmonization across different departments.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Manage global OPC Front End Wafer Test planning team
  • Manage Wafer Test demand and capacity allocation process incl. DIV escalation, define BIZ process between FE OPC and TTI, Finance, ensure process harmonization & drive planning integration
  • Manage overall wafer test demand and allocation process in VRFC planning cycle according to Front-end manufacturing and test strategy
  • Provide professional guidance to other DCM wafer test team-member
  • Drive capacity optimization between front-end sites considering capacity corridor constraints and financial aspects (e.g. Idle cost) to achieve optimum
  • Drive integration project, biz process harmonization and improvement, tool enhancement and data digitalization
  • Manage supply escalation, drive actions to optimize capacity usage in Wafer Test. DIV interface for operational issues, consolidation of FE supply planning, TTI and Finance interface
    • Responsible for FE Wafer Test Min Max process, TCR/LTCR optimization with OPC Min Max team and TTI. Align decision proposals with people on different management levels and drive execution


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Management experience and leading team
  • Broad network in Wafer Test community
  • Experience in Wafer Test planning and manufacturing
  • Experience in Assembly, Test and FE manufacturing processes
  • Strong communication skills and able to manage intercultural teams,self-driven approach for improvement, strong personality to managetarget conflict of involved parties
  • Has an excellent know how about supply chain flows and tools especiallyin Wafer Test
  • Has an excellent knowledge about organizational set up within Front-end,TTI, Finance, DIV
  • Experience in improvement processes
    • Experience in Benchmarking, best practice sharing, business cases in WTarea
