Job Responsibilities:
- Product Planning: Develop product strategies for sports-related offerings under the brand, define key selling points and user engagement methods, and deliver high-quality PRD documentation to ensure smooth execution.
- Efficiency Optimization: Enhance platform efficiency across various aspects, including sports product management and user experience flows, to create a seamless user experience.
- Sports Integration: Evaluate and onboard new sports categories, ensuring comprehensive sports offerings within the platform.
- Project Management: Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure efficient iteration of product features and achieve product objectives.
- User Demand Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research, identify pain points, analyze industry trends, and explore differentiated competitive advantages for the platform.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competing sports products, track feature updates, and regularly provide competitive analysis reports with targeted improvement recommendations based on the company’s product positioning.
Job Requirements:
- Strong sports user insight, with expertise in user behavior analysis and engagement strategies.
- Experience in managing sports products with over 100,000 DAU (Daily Active Users) is preferred.
- Exceptional business analysis skills with a high level of data sensitivity, capable of solving problems from a user-centric perspective.
- Language Requirement: Mandarin and English (both required as working languages).
- Willing to relocate to the Philippines.
