  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings for interior and exterior designs based on architects' or designers' ideas.
  • To work closely with architects, interior designers, engineers, and contractors to understand design requirements and ensure accurate translation into drawings.
  • To develop 3D models or renderings of the project to visualize the final product.
  • To prepare construction drawings during construction or renovation process.
  • To do a site visit regularly to take measurements, assess existing structures and ensure designs align with as is condition.
  • To manage and store all design documentation, including revisions, to maintain accurate records
  • To make necessary revisions or updates to drawings to reflect design changes or site conditions.
  • To attend meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements when necessary.
  • To ensure all drawings comply with safety standards and local planning regulations, ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in architecture, interior design or any relevant qualification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion or other drafting software for 2D and 3D drafting
  • Typically 2 - 3 years of working experience in interior/exterior design drafting
  • Strong problem-solving skills related to design or construction
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills.
  • Possess own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
