Job Scope:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies aligned with the hospital's goals, including patient acquisition, retention, and brand building.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, content marketing, social media management, and online advertising.
- Manage and grow our healthcare organization's social media presence across platforms.
- Organize and promote hospital events, health fairs, seminars, and workshops, both online and offline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, medical professionals, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure and maintain the business relationship.
- Handling inquiries from patient, customer, stakeholders via social media, WhatsApp, and e-mail marketing.
- Utilize digital analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and provide regular reports.
- Support events e.g., MoU signing ceremonies, new service/product launches, VIP visits or tours and other task related to the hospital.
