Requirements :
· Support service backend operations and toner alerts.
· To identify queries of customer needs and assist to resolve service and toners issues.
· Assist with clearance requirements for service technician and delivery crew.
· Ensure smooth delivery of toner and relocation arrangement with respective departments.
· Managing spare part order and transfer.
· Assist with administrative work as and when required.
Requirements :
- Working knowledge of Customer Care and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- Communicate and interpersonal skills
- Follow-up skills
- Working experience with SAP System knowledge.
