Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Support Engineer for Google Services to provide technical assistance and support to end-users of Google Workspace and other Google products. This role requires a strong understanding of Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), Cloud Platform and other related technologies, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a customer-centric approach. The support engineer will troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and guide users on best practices to optimize their use of Google services. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a passion for technology and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Interacting with customers to understand their technical issues and provide solutions.
Educating users on how to use Google Products (Google Workspace or Google Cloud Platform).
Recognizing when an issue requires more expertise and passing it on to a higher level of support, internal or principal.
Collaborating with other members of the Tech team to resolve issues and improve systems.
Staying informed about the latest technology trends and developments.
Log documentation in the internal system (Freshdesk).
To certify and maintain a professional certificate.
To assist other teams as and when necessary.

Education/Certifications (Preferred):
Certification for Google Workspace Administrator.
Certification for Google Cloud Associate Engineer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
