Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
The Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator at Kay's Steak & Lobster is responsible for executing the restaurant's social media strategy across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency, engaging with the audience, and enhancing the restaurant's online presence. This role requires a creative, highly organized, and independent individual who can develop high-quality content, monitor trends, and provide performance reports while aligning with the brand's vision of "Trusted Destination for Halal, Juiciest Steak & Lobster"
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Execution
- Execute the social media strategy provided by the Marketing Director on platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, and Threads.
- Post daily content across all platforms and manage the weekly content schedule to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and consistency.
2. Community Engagement
- Respond to comments, direct messages (DMs), and mentions within 24 hours to foster an engaged community.
- Build relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand awareness.
3. Trend Monitoring & Strategy Integration
- Monitor viral trends and collaborate with the Marketing Director to incorporate trending content, challenges, and popular topics into social media strategy.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track key social media metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and provide weekly reports to the Marketing Director.
5. Live Event Coverage
- Manage real-time event coverage by posting live stories, updates, and engaging content across social media channels.
6. Brand Alignment & Content Approval
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and secure approval from the Marketing Director before posting.
7. On-Camera Presence
- Appear on camera for relevant marketing campaigns, product promotions, and event coverage to enhance brand engagement.
8. Creative Collaboration
- Support the creative team by providing input on video and photo shoots to align content with campaign goals.
9. Photography & Design
- Capture high-quality images and ensure visual content reflects brand quality and aesthetics.
10. Flexibility & Adaptability
- Handle ad-hoc tasks, work outside of standard duties when necessary, and adapt to fast-paced changes.
Experienced Required
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital
marketing within the fine dining or hospitality industry.
2. Proven experience managing social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Threads).
3. Strong understanding of audience engagement, community management, and digital trends.
4. Experience in photography, videography, and graphic design is a plus.
5. Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics and improve content strategies.
