As a Senior Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of the recruitment process, ensuring an efficient and seamless experience from sourcing to onboarding.
Your key responsibilities include:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, job scope, and level of roles. Ensure all requisition approvals are in place before proceeding.
- Job Posting & Candidate Shortlisting: Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms, actively sourcing candidates and conducting initial screenings.
- Interview Coordination: Arrange and coordinate interview schedules between HR, Hiring Managers, and candidates, including booking interview rooms when required.
- Candidate Documentation: Prepare interview documents, including candidate profile summaries, for hiring teams.
- Offer & Negotiation: Prepare offer letters, negotiate terms with selected candidates, and ensure smooth acceptance and onboarding processes.
- Recruitment Events: Support recruitment initiatives such as career fairs, university visits, and employer branding activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment operations, sourcing strategies, and best hiring practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to liaise effectively with hiring managers and HR teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for engaging candidates and internal teams.
- Work Location: Hybrid arrangement with at least 3 days onsite at the client’s office.
