Responsibilities:
Curate and maintain a dynamic cocktail menu that reflects New York rich cocktail culture while incorporating seasonal and innovative elements.
Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and preparation techniques.
Source high-quality ingredients and create in-house syrups, infusions, and garnishes to enhance the cocktail experience.
Train and mentor bartenders in advanced mixology techniques and service standards.
Stay ahead of industry trends and introduce new cocktail concepts to keep the menu fresh and exciting.
Develop Cocktail menu and ensure the menu changes once a year
Drive international Guest shift sessions at Arthurs Bar and Grill

Operations & Leadership

Assist in overseeing bar operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.

Uphold cost control measures and optimize bar profitability through pricing strategies and waste reduction.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
Support hiring, training, and performance management of bar staff.
Maintain a high-energy, engaging, and professional atmosphere for both staff and guests.

Guest Experience & Service Excellence

Engage with guests to provide a personalized and memorable drinking experience.

Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and handling guest feedback.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to create seamless service between the bar and dining areas.

Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a high-end bar, cocktail lounge, or restaurant with a strong beverage program.

Proven expertise in mixology, classic cocktails, and beverage pairings.
Experience in bar management, including team leadership, training, and inventory control.
Strong knowledge of industry trends, spirits, wine, and beer.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Certification in alcohol service (TIPS or equivalent) preferred.
