We are looking for a Sales Admin to support our sales operations by managing sales orders, delivery orders, invoicing, and customer communication. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working with sales teams and customers, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Order Processing: Handle incoming sales orders, verify details, and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Delivery Order Management: Prepare and track delivery orders to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
- Invoicing Management & Controller: Generate, issue, and monitor invoices, ensuring timely payments and compliance with company policies.
- Sales Coordination & Support: Work closely with salesmen to manage order processing, resolve issues, and ensure seamless transactions.
- Customer Communication: Liaise with customers regarding orders, invoicing, and delivery schedules, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Record Keeping & Reporting: Maintain organized records of sales orders, invoices, and deliveries for easy tracking and auditing.
- Payment & Credit Control: Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and coordinate with finance for credit control.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in sales administration, invoicing management, or order processing (preferred).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with sales teams and customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic accounting software.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
