Job Description:

  • Process payments to overseas suppliers and customs (Kastam)
  • Prepare overseas costing for stock input
  • Capture overseas invoices into the system and monitor "Receive Not Invoiced" (RNI) transactions
  • Manage accounts for Pemasaran Alat Ganti (PAG)
  • Prepare overseas supplier reconciliations and conduct aging reviews
  • Lead and oversee the administrative team’s tasks
  • Process non-trade payments such as utilities, phone bills, fuel, and others
  • Resolve issues related to "Receive Not Invoiced" (RNI) transactions with suppliers
  • Participate in the implementation of E-Invoicing systems

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with payment processes for overseas suppliers and customs
  • Experience in managing accounts and reconciliations
  • Possess a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
  • Willing to work in Segambut

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
