Job Description:
- Process payments to overseas suppliers and customs (Kastam)
- Prepare overseas costing for stock input
- Capture overseas invoices into the system and monitor "Receive Not Invoiced" (RNI) transactions
- Manage accounts for Pemasaran Alat Ganti (PAG)
- Prepare overseas supplier reconciliations and conduct aging reviews
- Lead and oversee the administrative team’s tasks
- Process non-trade payments such as utilities, phone bills, fuel, and others
- Resolve issues related to "Receive Not Invoiced" (RNI) transactions with suppliers
- Participate in the implementation of E-Invoicing systems
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with payment processes for overseas suppliers and customs
- Experience in managing accounts and reconciliations
- Possess a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting, Finance, Business Administration)
- Willing to work in Segambut
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
