As an E-commerce Operation Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform, managing and maintaining our inventory, and supporting our sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our e-commerce platform, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are always in stock
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and promotions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Analyze sales data and use insights to make informed decisions about our e-commerce platform and operations
  • Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our e-commerce platform is innovative and cutting-edge
  • Support other departments as needed, including logistics and customer service

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Previous experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role is preferred
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
