  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview

The System Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the overall business architecture, including system mapping, process automation, and SIPOC ICOR analysis. The role ensures that technology solutions align with business objectives, optimize operational processes, and support strategic growth. The System Architect collaborates with stakeholders to develop scalable, efficient, and sustainable IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business & System Architecture Design

- Develop and maintain enterprise-wide system architecture models to align technology with business strategy.

- Create system mapping diagrams that illustrate interactions between different business units and processes.

- Ensure system scalability, security, and efficiency in alignment with business needs.

Process Mapping & Optimization (SIPOC & ICOR)

- Analyze end-to-end business processes using SIPOC and ICOR frameworks to identify inefficiencies.

- Define process improvement strategies and recommend automation solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine workflows and enhance system integrations.

Automation & Digital Transformation

- Identify opportunities for automation and system integration to enhance operational efficiency.

- Work with business analysts to assess system adoptability and recommend enhancements.

- Ensure the seamless implementation of automation solutions across departments.

System Governance & Compliance

- Define architecture standards, policies, and best practices to ensure system compliance and security.

- Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure and resilient IT solutions.

- Monitor system performance and ensure alignment with industry regulations and company policies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

- Work closely with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and project managers to align system development with business needs.

- Act as a technical advisor to leadership on system architecture and digital transformation initiatives.

- Provide guidance on system adoption strategies to improve user experience and business effectiveness.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in system architecture, enterprise architecture, or business process automation.

Strong expertise in system design, process mapping (SIPOC & ICOR), and automation technologies.

Experience with ERP systems, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise applications.

Knowledge of IT security, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
