  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

1. Quality Management System (QMS) Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, or other relevant standards.

2. Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact point for customer quality-related issues and complaints.
  • Perform Failure Analysis (FA) and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure timely response to Customer Complaints (8D, 5-Why, CAPA reports, etc.).
  • Conduct process validation and risk assessments (PFMEA, DFMEA).
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and suppliers to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure incoming material quality.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing) initiatives.

3. Reporting & Documentation:

  • Generate monthly quality reports (KPIs, Defect Rates, PPM, Yield, etc.).
  • Maintain records of quality inspection reports, audit findings, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare training materials and conduct sessions for employees on quality awareness.

4. Problem-Solving & Improvement Initiatives:

  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools like 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram (Ishikawa), FMEA.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to reduce defects and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams (CFT) for new product introduction (NPI) and process improvements.

5. Compliance & Regulatory Responsibilities:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance with local and international quality standards.
  • Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives where required.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 3 years of working experience in related field .
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (or equivalent) in any field.
  • Must have certified internal auditor at IATF 16949 and experience in manufacturing industry
  • Good in supervisory and leadership skill.
  • Qualified as Lead Auditor is an added advantage.
