  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

WE'RE HIRING: Supply Chain Officer

Join the dynamic team and make an impact in supply chain operations across our client warehouse and office!

Location: 4 days at Seksyen 23, Shah Alam Warehouse & 1 day at Kelana Jaya Office

Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary & Benefits: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 (Negotiable based on experience & skills) + Statutory contributions + Leave entitlement + Insurance & medical coverage

Contract Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP & Excel updates for loaners sent/received
  • Oversee stock receiving and transfers in SAP
  • Maintain usage tracker in Excel
  • Send weekly invoices to government and private customers
  • Support Manila team with billing & queries
  • Maintain documentation for spine operations
  • Split time between Spine Warehouse (4 days) & Office (1 day)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Diploma in Supply Chain or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles
  • Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and overtime when required
  • Strong experience with SAP & Excel
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable
