Job Description:

  • Lead and drive sales initiatives for the company’s products and services within the Process Control Industry, Oils & Fats Industry, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical sectors.
  • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven and customer-focused culture.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring long- term loyalty and sustained business growth.
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new customers, expanding market presence through proactive business development strategies.
  • Effectively introduce, promote, and position company products and solutions to both new and existing clients, ensuring a strong market footprint.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives, driving revenue growth and profitability.
  • Establish a robust sales network and enhance brand recognition within the industry, positioning the company as a market leader.
  • Explore and penetrate new market segments, identifying emerging opportunities and aligning business strategies to maximize potential.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management, contributing to overall business success.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Electrical / Control Systems / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,708.37 - RM10,000.00 per month
