  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

We are looking for a Network Support Technician to be based in Penang.

Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer networks and systems.
  • Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting network problems.
  • Managing network servers, such as file servers, email servers, and web servers.
  • Backing up and restoring data on networks and systems.
  • Planning and implementing network security measures.
  • Upgrading software and hardware on networks and systems.
  • Training users on how to use new features of networks and systems.
  • Providing technical support to users for network-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certification, diploma in IT, Computer Science , Telecommunications or Equivalent.
  • Passion on latest technology and willing to learn.
  • Able to work in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Required Skill(s) : Good Communication skills, troubleshoot, IT skills.
  • Fresh graduates with good attitude are welcome to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
