We are looking for Application Engineer to cooperate across organization of Flow Control to provide proper support to Asia Pacific Sales and Service Team, this position bases in Malaysia, Petaling Jaya
Your key roles are:
- To manage inquiry in ensuring that quotation proposal made is Technically & Commercially acceptable by the sales team in accordance to company strategy & policies within due date
- To support on Sales & Service Order Commercial (Contract Terms & Condition, Contract Policies, Approval Grid Awareness, Trade Finance Policies, Finance Policies and Systems Implementation/Release Support).
- To support Distribution Channel on CPQ systems, set process for quotation and order handling with distributors.
- To be responsible of products, Quotation tools & software training of new staff and/or agents and upgrading of existing staff in AP
- To Optimize Sales & Service Work Processes and Maintaining a Good Filing System for proper records.
- To support Sales and the Distribution Channel and manage complaints and issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with sales, service, finance and operations in an effort to solve order issues.
- To Prepare and Analyze the monthly report (Order Booking, Backlog, Packed Not Delivered & Net Sales Forecast) for better Sales & Service Target Achievement
- Work cross functionally to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Ensure timely response to Customer queries & requirements
Requirements:
- University (degree) level
- Minimum relevant experience required: 2-5 years
- Good Experience in Leadership.
- Good knowledge of operation processes and systems
- Knowledge of Valve, Control valve Sizing , Flow control principle along with Valve Automation including Actuators & Instrumentation
- Knowledge of CRM/SRM are added advantage but not a requirement.
- Good communication and negotiations skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint applications.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous working attitude.
- Positive attitude, highly motivated and a team player.
- Experience with Saleforce system, M3, SAP or IScala system would be advantage.
- Well aware of international delivery & Inco terms
- Analytical thinking & good organizational skills
