JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies within assigned channels, areas, and territories. This role oversees the performance of the sales team, sets clear sales goals and expectations, and ensures that team members have the necessary training and resources to succeed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement annual recruitment plans by analyzing market trends and applying strategic marketing initiatives.
- Set sales objectives by forecasting and defining annual targets for designated channels, regions, and territories, while projecting enrollment goals for both existing and new courses.
- Monitor enrollment performance by staying updated on competitors’ offerings, market trends, and student expectations.
- Organize and oversee roadshows and other sales initiatives to drive enrollment and track sales performance.
- Recruit, train, and onboard sales staff to build a high-performing team.
- Manage and support the sales team through coaching, performance evaluations, and necessary corrective actions.
- Strengthen relationships with agents and ensure they meet recruitment targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends by attending workshops, training programs, and professional networking events.
- Contribute to the team’s overall success by achieving assigned goals and supporting business growth initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales or business development.
- Experience in marketing or the education sector is an advantage.
