Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility operations and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate on business goals and lifecycle application in work processes.
- Develop maintenance plans and budgets.
- Plan and execute improvement programs for the mall and building.
- Organize and conduct maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturers' guidelines.
- Coordinate defect rectification and technical problem-solving.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Engage in safety and compliance activities.
- Communicate promptly and maintain correspondence.
