Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage facility operations and energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate on business goals and lifecycle application in work processes.
  • Develop maintenance plans and budgets.
  • Plan and execute improvement programs for the mall and building.
  • Organize and conduct maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturers' guidelines.
  • Coordinate defect rectification and technical problem-solving.
  • Implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Engage in safety and compliance activities.
  • Communicate promptly and maintain correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Undertake relevant ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
