Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals to achieve revenue targets within the appointed market segment.
- Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business, while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell mineral oil products.
- Market Analysis: Continuously assess market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new market segments and geographical territories to increase sales and brand presence.
- Customer Feedback & Improvement: Actively seek customer feedback to refine offerings, services, and product lines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the mineral oil or related industries (e.g., lubricants, petrochemicals). Experience in B2B sales is essential.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant qualifications is a plus.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of mineral oils, lubricants, fuel products, and industry regulations.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor junior sales staff, while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer relationship skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Technology Savvy: Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools to track and manage activities.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
