Academic Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with APEL School Coordinators to monitor and evaluate learners' academic progress.

2. Serve as an Advisor, Assessor, and Moderator for APEL applications, ensuring alignment with academic requirements.

3. Facilitate academic briefings and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of APEL standards and procedures.

4. Examine and evaluate APEL applications for undergraduate and master's programs to ensure academic compliance.

5. Consult and provide academic guidance to students from various schools regarding their APEL applications and progress.

Administrative Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the unit’s generic email account ([email protected]), ensuring timely responses to all queries.

2. Provide administrative support during audit preparations, meetings, and academic committee reviews.

Others:

1. Manage the electronic APEL registration system, ensuring smooth operation and addressing any system issues.

2. Perform other reasonably related duties to the job/ position as assigned by Head of Department or Management from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
