About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer with expertise in bench testing of high-speed Integrated Circuits (ICs) and proficiency in LabVIEW for test automation and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing automated test solutions, leveraging Python and other relevant programming languages for enhanced automation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute bench test plans for IC validation and characterization.Utilize LabVIEW for test automation, data acquisition, and analysis.Implement test automation scripts using Python and other programming languages.Perform hardware troubleshooting and debug test setups.Work closely with design and validation teams to optimize test methodologies.Analyze test data to identify trends, performance metrics, and anomalies.Maintain documentation for test procedures, results, and automation scripts.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Experience in bench testing ICs with hands-on use of high-speed oscilloscopes, signal generators, and other test equipment.Proficiency in LabVIEW for test automation and data analysis.Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with other scripting languages.Experience in designing automated test setups and optimizing test sequences.Ability to troubleshoot test setups, including hardware and software issues.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with high-speed interfaces, RF testing, or mixed-signal IC testing.Knowledge of instrument control protocols (GPIB, USB, SPI, I2C, etc.).Familiarity with machine learning or statistical analysis for test data evaluation.Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies and industry standards.
