- Provide valuable insights from market research to support product and service enhancements.
- Sales Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Maintain accurate sales records and track progress on deals and revenue targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Job Requirements
- Possess Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales or a related role. Experience in property management/ Real estate is preferred.
- Strong command of spoken and written English and Mandarin, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion skills, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.
- Adaptability to evolving market trends and industry changes.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
