Responsibilities
- To provide primary technical support for ServiceNow application and the integrations.
- Perform day to day operation support on the ServiceNow application including system health checks, workflows, configurations, and issue resolutions.
- Support the resolution of Incidents and Problems within the team. Assist with the resolution of complex incidents.
- Support Change Management in terms of enhancements, bug fixes and changes to resolve issues related to ServiceNow solution.
- Support the resolution on issues highlighted during the integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT) and Production deployments.
- Support ServiceNow Platform Team, Testing Team, IAM Operation, Application vendors during new apps-onboarding, enhancement, bug fixes and projects.
- Support planned and actual DR test activities for ServiceNow systems and infrastructure.
- Support new service transition (go-live) from Project to Operation delivery in Production environment.
Job Requirement
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in SNOW application configuration, administration support, enhancements, and maintenance.
- Experience with web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, REST API, JSON and HTML.
- Experience with Databases (MSSQL, MySQL), Directories (LDAP, AD) and Application/Web servers (IIS, Apache Tomcat).
- Available to provide 24 x 7 on-call standby support.
- Knowledge on scripting and automation tools such as VB script, PowerShell, Azure PowerShell, SQL queries, Jenkins will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM14,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
