Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing product test validation, troubleshooting equipment, and managing inventory. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and teamwork to support our engineering team effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product test validation and compile detailed reports for analysis.
  • Set up and calibrate test benches, machines, and related equipment.
  • Work closely with engineers to facilitate seamless testing and troubleshooting.
  • Perform testing & troubleshooting on equipment and PCB boards.
  • Ensure proper care, calibration, and inventory management of test parts, tools, and equipment.
  • Handle incoming stock, barcode scanning, inventory processing, and warehouse management.
  • Execute rework, soldering, and debugging of electronic components and assemblies.
  • Carry out ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Professional Certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., SKM Certification).
  • 1+ year experience in electrical/electronic testing, validation, or equipment handling (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Familiar with electronic testing equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and function generators.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, soldering, and rework skills.
  • Understanding of test machine operation and maintenance.
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts as required by the company.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
