Job Description:
We are looking for fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speakers to join our team as Customer Service & Interpreters. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, providing real-time verbal translation between English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to facilitate clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately interpret and translate conversations between English, Mandarin, and Cantonese over inbound calls
- Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers
- Ensure clear and effective communication between parties
Requirements:
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
- Stable internet connection (Minimum 100 Mbps)
- Ability to commit to rotational shifts (including night shifts)
- Minimum education requirement: SPM
- Immediate starters will be prioritized
