Job Description:

We are looking for fluent Mandarin and Cantonese speakers to join our team as Customer Service & Interpreters. In this role, you will handle inbound calls, providing real-time verbal translation between English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to facilitate clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately interpret and translate conversations between English, Mandarin, and Cantonese over inbound calls
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to customers
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between parties

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English & Mandarin (Speaking, Reading & Writing)
  • Stable internet connection (Minimum 100 Mbps)
  • Ability to commit to rotational shifts (including night shifts)
  • Minimum education requirement: SPM
  • Immediate starters will be prioritized
