Job Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage and coordinate all operation related matters including building maintenance and related tasks.
- Manage and work with sub-contractors/ suppliers/ vendors or appointed personnel to ensure all the operations of plants/ equipment are safe including establishing safe working conditions and adhering to all statutory requirements and renewals in related to Authorities’ requirement are met.
- Plan, implement and monitor preventive maintenance works for various equipment and systems of the building.
- Ensure buildings and properties are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, contract requirements and company policies and procedures, including fair housing and environmental requirements.
- Ensure the company’s property and assets are managed as per Company standards and are kept safe and secure.
- Oversee and draft lease agreements, maintain positive relationships with tenants, and ensure property upkeep and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee rent collection, expense payments, and financial reporting for the assigned properties.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with tenants regarding lease agreements, rent collection, and property-related matters.
- Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations.
- Recommend and coordinate improvements on the property as needed.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical), Facilities Management or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years relevant experience with similar capacity will be considered.
- Good understanding of building systems such as BAS, elevators, fire safety systems, HVAC, power distribution, etc.
- Hands on knowledge in all technical aspects of building and facilities.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and meeting deadline.
- A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and able to work independently.
