Product Transfer Project Director
Position level : Senior Manager/ Director
* Experience in Product transfer
* Medical equipment or devices product experience.
Manages the development and implementation process of the company's products and services involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Leads inter-site technology transfers and other significant strategic projects as required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruits, coaches and develops organizational talent.
· Provides general direction to managers, exempt specialists and non-exempt support in various areas, groups and/or operations.
· Utilizes technical/professional knowledge and skills to establish, interpret and execute company policies in a major segment of the company.
· Monitors and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. compliance with FDA, BSI, EEO regulations, etc.).

Leadership
· Leads an area within a sub-function (i.e. segment of a division, small region/cluster/single country, product area, etc.) typically through M3s/M4s
· Develops and executes area business plans and budget/P&L and contributes to the development of long-term strategy for an organization function/sub-function
· Contributes to the establishment of global and organization-wide standards, policies and practices
Problem Solving
· Directs the resolution of highly complex problems looking beyond existing methodologies to define and resolve complex problems
· Facilitates and leads others in the development of new or innovative solutions for an area within a sub-function, or in some cases for a function
· Evaluates key functional/technical challenges and recommends solutions to leaders
· Impacts directly on achievement of operational, financial, and/or innovation objectives, performance and results for a significant part of a sub-function
· Impacts and contributes to the development of sub-functional strategy (short term and long term) and exercises control over a sizeable portion of the sub-function's resources
· Guides by using sub-functional business plans, impacts the area results by supporting and funding of projects, products, services and / or technologies
· Interacts, negotiates with and influences opinions of decision makers, internally across all levels and externally, concerning matters of significance to a sub-function
· Interacts with key stakeholders on critical matters, changing the thinking of others on broad and complex issues
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM22,000.00 - RM35,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:

Experience:
- Technical Project Management: 10 years (Preferred)
- Product Transfer: 10 years (Preferred)
- Healthcare equipment: 8 years (Preferred)
