Job Description
- Customer details data entry in system and filing documentation. (Main Task)
- Manage of all E-invoice (Main Task)
- Travel to visit/pick up invoice from our sales branch.
- Support issue sales payment, invoice, delivery order, documentation.
- To support register TNB & Air Selangor for new showroom opening.
- To support Admin job on writing official letter and authorize letter.
- To support with accounting company, Banks, GDPMD, government authorities and others.
- To support customer service.
- Admin to support business operation.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
- Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
- Reporting to Manager and Managing Director.
- Training will be provided before started.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in (Related)
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa, Mandarin will be added an advantage.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft office application, MS Word and Excel is a MUST.
- Have good working attitude, self-motivated and can work under minimum supervision.
- Willingness to Learn, friendly, able to work under stress.
- Possess a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Possess own transportation.
- Able to start immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
