Job Description

  • Customer details data entry in system and filing documentation. (Main Task)
  • Manage of all E-invoice (Main Task)
  • Travel to visit/pick up invoice from our sales branch.
  • Support issue sales payment, invoice, delivery order, documentation.
  • To support register TNB & Air Selangor for new showroom opening.
  • To support Admin job on writing official letter and authorize letter.
  • To support with accounting company, Banks, GDPMD, government authorities and others.
  • To support customer service.
  • Admin to support business operation.
  • Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
  • Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times.
  • Reporting to Manager and Managing Director.
  • Training will be provided before started.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in (Related)
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa, Mandarin will be added an advantage.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office application, MS Word and Excel is a MUST.
  • Have good working attitude, self-motivated and can work under minimum supervision.
  • Willingness to Learn, friendly, able to work under stress.
  • Possess a pleasant personality and good communication skills.
  • Possess own transportation.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
