Staff Engineer Process Development
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Responsible for setup of unit process development for both new and refurbished tools to achieve cost target with high quality in timely manner.
- Responsible for setup of unit process for new transfer technologies to ensure successful qualification, yield learning and production ramp.
- Assessment of process changes and process change management
- Work with Process Integration for the Design of Experiments and analyze end results for device design.
- Benchmark and perform layers complexity analysis for both new and running technologies to achieve maximum production capability against benchmark.
- Supports unit process, material and equipment roadmap and strategy
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. Education = PhD in Physics (major in Ion Implantation or Laser)
2. Working experience = related field (Implant Process) experience is a plus.
3. Good analytical skills
