  • Support employee growth and skill development through training initiatives.

7. Compensation and Benefits Management:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, benefits administration, and reward programs.
  • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages for employees.

8. Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives, feedback programs, and team-building activities.
  • Drive employee morale, retention, and a sense of belonging.
