  • Assist with data entry related to basic accounting tasks such as petty cash, expenses, and payment records.
  • Update and maintain accounting records accurately.
  • Assist in Accounts Payable and Receivable collections, ensuring timely payments.
  • Assist with document filing (physical and digital).
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records and ensure easy retrieval of documents.
  • To work closely with team members.
  • Support the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • SPM or Diploma graduate.
  • Proven work experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role.
  • Fresh Graduates welcome to apply
  • Possess basic computer knowledge.
  • Good in Microsoft Office.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work in Setia Alam.
