Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Assists department in PROTÉGÉ recruitment, including advertising vacancies and conducting interviews.
  • Assist in arranging Letter of Appointment (LOA) and providing office equipment for new employees.
  • Assist on supervise the probationary period for new Protégé hires and maintain communication with department heads regarding the confirmation process.
  • Assist on updating staff personal data in the system.
  • Assist on supervising incoming and outgoing letters.
  • Assisting in preparing HR-related reports and documentation.

Attendance

  • Assist in monitoring employee and Sub-con attendance for multiple office locations (KL Branch, PPUM/ JETI/ PENGERANG Site Office).
  • Ensuring record-keeping is updated.

Policy Implementation and Compliance

  • Assist in implementing office standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensuring staff compliance with company policies.
  • Assists on monitoring new Protégé hires' confirmation period and liaising with department heads.
  • Ensuring the company complies with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist on communication with governmental agencies in matters related to HR.
  • Being a spokesperson for HR-related matters.

Administrative Support

  • Assists on staff travel arrangements.
  • Assists on maintaining and monitoring office supply.
  • Assists on setting up a Google Drive platform for project e-filing.
  • Providing support and management services to various divisions when needed.
  • Additional duties related to office and administrative tasks.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
