Operations Training Manager
Position Summary:
The Learning and Development Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the standards operations procedures across all outlets within our network. This role involves frequent travel to different locations to perform inspections, ensure compliance with company policies, and address any operations related issues. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong background in quality assurance within the food and beverage sector also other related matters on operations. The position requires high skill in working independently with minimum supervision to achieve company goals. All action should align with company directions.
Key Responsibilities:
Alignment : To ensure MDT worldwide is practising one system following the Franchisee Agreement and using the Franchisee Operations Manual as guideline. Monitor Compliance: Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures to ensure outlet is profitable as below :
- Service technique
- Marketing compliance
- Advertising
- Customer relations
- Promotions execution
- Record keeping and reporting
- Maintenance and repair
- Forecast and Ordering technique
- Crew Scheduling
- Employee selection, motivation and discipline
- Vendor relations
- Relations with other Myeongdong Topokki
Outlet Training and Support: Provide training and support to outlet team on best practices to improve overall QSC.
Quality Control: Implement and monitor operations control measures, including conducting audits, sampling, and testing of food products to ensure they meet specified standards.
Issue Resolution: Identify and address any operations issues or non-compliance incidents, working closely with outlet managers to develop and implement corrective action plans.
Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports on QSC inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Track and analyze outlet performance trends and metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to operations processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
Customer Feedback: Gather and review customer feedback related to QSC, addressing any concerns and ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
To success in your application, you MUST meet requirements below:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, Business Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outlet operations within the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of managing quality across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of QSC procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in using operations tools and software.
- Must be willing to travel frequently between outlets, with flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and travel demands
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
