  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, reporting, and analysis. This role requires expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Assist in tax computations, audits, and liaising with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risks.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize financial processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CFA) is an advantage.
  • Experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
