- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, sensory issue, self care and related skills
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the assessment results, outlining specific goals and interventions to improve the client's ability to perform daily activities.
- Conduct coaching and training to parents and other professional
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate the delivery of integrated care
- Maintaining detailed client records and documentation in accordance with professional standards
- Candidate must proses at least a Degree in occupational therapy
- Fluent in English. Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are a plus
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist is preferable. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical thinking and problem solving to address the client's needs.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Evidence-based, with the ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions for children with special needs
- Able to conduct 1:1 session and small group session for pediatric clients
- Involve in Early Intervention Programme (EIP)
- Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in occupational therapy
