About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Intern to join our dynamic team at Tiong Nam Logistics Solutions Sdn Bhd. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and talent management within a leading logistics company. As an HR Intern, you will be exposed to a wide range of HR functions and play a key role in supporting our HR initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with HR administrative tasks such as assisting with employee records, onboarding new hires, and processing payroll and benefits information
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes, including contact candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews
  • Provide support in employee engagement and training initiatives
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various projects and ad-hoc tasks

What we're looking for

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
  • Keen interest in the field of human resources and a desire to learn
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines
