How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Start Date: 4 June 2025

Salary : RM2,500 - RM3,000

Working Hours & Day :
Monday to Friday : 9.00am - 6.00pm

Responsibilities:
Cash & liquidity management

  • Compile and prepare reports on cash balances of the Group
  • Assist in cash placement as per placement strategies

Treasury operations & controls

  • Assist to prepare board papers based on approved frameworks for the opening and closing of bank accounts and obtain internal approvals for updating authorized signatories of banks accounts
  • Assist and co-ordinate with the Company Secretary, Finance, and banks for documentation for bank accounts related matters to ensure the smooth operations of bank accounts.
  • Assist the implementation and maintenance of online banking and any bank related matters
  • To execute any other job requirements as instructed by the superior.
  • To undertake projects as assigned by the management

Funding

  • Assist to monitor compliance with loan covenants and information requirement and engage with accountants for designated entities to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with internal parties (Operator and Finance) on the timely issuance of trade facilities and engage with the bank’s trade finance centre on the required documentation and payment.
  • Maintain up-to-date allocation of cash balances earmarked for specific purposes
  • Assist on fund request by the subsidiaries and keep track on the fund disbursement
  • Liaising with relevant team on fund disbursement and ensuring the funds are remitted to subsidiaries on timely basis
  • Assist in computation of interest for inter-company advances

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree – Related Field
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Having relevant experience is an added advantage.
  • Accounting or Finance background
  • Able to converse and write fluently in English
