Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations, retirements).
- Ensure HR operations align with SOPs, company policies, and compliance requirements.
- Track and monitor team KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Maintain and update employee data in SAP software /SuccessFactors (bonus) efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PERKESO, immigration, tax ).
- Oversee employee welfare, including claims, disciplinary actions, and support services.
- Identify process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
- Support rewards, and talent management as part of HR generalist duties.
- Manage HR ticketing systems.
- Handle high-volume HR operations, ensuring smooth workflows and quick turnaround.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, mobile work environment with a flexible schedule.
Key Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Extensive SAP experience; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- People-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM66,000.00 - RM90,000.00 per year
Experience:
- SAP / SAP Successfactor: 5 years (Preferred)
- Employee Lifecycle: 5 years (Preferred)
- HR Operations: 5 years (Preferred)
- Supervisory / Team Lead: 1 year (Preferred)
- Large Scale Organisation 2000+ employees: 3 years (Preferred)
