We’re seeking a dynamic HR Specialist where you’ll play a key role in managing employee relations and overseeing the day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations, retirements).
  • Ensure HR operations align with SOPs, company policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Track and monitor team KPIs, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee data in SAP software /SuccessFactors (bonus) efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements (PERKESO, immigration, tax ).
  • Oversee employee welfare, including claims, disciplinary actions, and support services.
  • Identify process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Support rewards, and talent management as part of HR generalist duties.
  • Manage HR ticketing systems.
  • Handle high-volume HR operations, ensuring smooth workflows and quick turnaround.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced, mobile work environment with a flexible schedule.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Extensive SAP experience; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • People-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM66,000.00 - RM90,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • SAP / SAP Successfactor: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Employee Lifecycle: 5 years (Preferred)
  • HR Operations: 5 years (Preferred)
  • Supervisory / Team Lead: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Large Scale Organisation 2000+ employees: 3 years (Preferred)
