Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Coach the sales team on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance.

  • Assist in resolving customer questions and issues as needed.

  • Compile regular reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with UMW & Company's policies and SOPs.

  • Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management or superiors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and multitask effectively.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills.
  • Must possess own transportation and a valid "D" driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
