Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
- Coach the sales team on best practices for closing deals and provide guidance to improve sales performance.

- Assist in resolving customer questions and issues as needed.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Compile regular reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with UMW & Company's policies and SOPs.

- Perform any additional ad hoc tasks assigned by management or superiors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and multitask effectively.
- Outstanding critical thinking skills.
- Must possess own transportation and a valid "D" driving license.
