  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

As a provider of nursing care, the OT Staff Nurse formulates and maintain individualized nursing care plans where possible:-

As a provider of nursing care, the OT Staff Nurse formulates and maintain individualized nursing care plans where possible:

· Assessing and evaluating patient pre- and post-surgery or procedure

· Collects and contributes to a database (physiological, emotional, sociological, cultural, psychological and spiritual needs) from available resources (e.g. patient, family, doctor’s notes and others).

· Identifies and documents changes in health status which interferes with surgery or procedure (e.g. oxygen, nutrition, elimination, activity, safety)

· Develops individualized nursing care plans for surgery based upon the problem list and plan intervention that follows established nursing protocols (e.g. Clinical)

· Identifies criteria for evaluation of individualized care plans in conjunction with surgeon or doctor’s treatment orders.

Provide high standards of nursing care.

Conducts patient rounds with doctor, carrier out the doctor's investigation, medications and treatment orders accordingly.

All other duties of a Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Requirements :-

1. Must possess at least Diploma in Nursing, Registered with Malaysia Nursing Board.

2. Candidate with post basic qualification is advantage.

3. Diploma in Nursing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
