SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER, HR (SALES)
Ø Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
· Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
· Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs.
· Work with Manager to fill all the vacancies available in the organization
· Sourcing and pre-screening of resumes for relevant positions and job profile mapping.
· Conduct interviews and promote a positive company image during the interview.
· Act as a focal point for internal and external stakeholders in understanding the
requirements of the vacancies
· Handle end to end pre-employment process which include salary negotiation up to
conduct HR Orientation program for newcomers
Ø Employee Engagement & Culture Development
· Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction.
· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
· Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.
Ø HR Operations & Support
· Assist in HR policies, processes, and compliance matters.
· Provide HR-related support and guidance to employees.
· Monitor and improve employer branding efforts.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment and culture
building.
· Passion for people and organizational culture development.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with HR systems and recruitment platforms is an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
