Job Summary:
The Room Attendant is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of guest rooms and public areas in the hotel. The primary goal is to provide a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests during their stay.

Due to visa limitations, only locals will be considered.

Responsibilities:
1)Clean and Maintain Guest Rooms: Ensure that guest rooms are cleaned, organized, and well-maintained, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
2)Maintain Public Areas: Regularly clean and sanitize public spaces, such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and stairways, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
3)Respond to Guest Requests: Address and fulfill guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs and preferences are met to enhance their overall stay.
4)Inspect and Report Maintenance Issues: Regularly inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance or repair needs and report any issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
5)Ensure Stocking of Supplies: Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies in guest rooms, public areas, and storage areas, ensuring adequate inventory is maintained.
6)Follow Health and Safety Standards: Adhere to hygiene, safety, and security protocols to maintain a safe environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting, with knowledge of cleaning techniques and standards.
-Strong attention to detail to ensure that all areas, including guest rooms and public spaces, are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
-Physical stamina and endurance to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving cleaning equipment and supplies.
-Good communication skills to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and other departments to meet guest needs and address requests or concerns.
