Job Description:

1. Assisting in establishing a client's & project’s requirements.

2. Assist preparing bills of quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties (Design, Procurement and Finance), assist in costing, pricing and analysis and indirect cost for the BOQ items.

3. Assist scrutinize, review of tender drawings/documents for discrepancies, additional BOQ items/scope and incorporating within the tender offer, liaise with consultant regarding ambiguities contract work scope and seek clarifications there.

4. Visit Site as and when required to take measurements and monitor progress.

5. Assist to compare quotations received at Post tender stage.

6. Assist to check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).

7. Preparation of material and sample board submission till approved.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantify Surveyor, Interior Design/ Interior Architecture, Building Construction or equivalent field
  • Possess at least 1-2 years of working experience in pre & post-contract functions
  • Experienced in interior design fit out works or architectural related field
  • Able to handle pre-post project cycle from pre-tender costing, costing analysis, pre-post budget, sub con awarding, material submission, cost saving and VO management. Good knowledge in Costing & materials specification
  • Attention to details
  • Well organized in work related matters
  • Able to meet short completion lead time
  • Highly self-discipline
  • Good time management
