  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

As a Zupervisor KidZania theme park, you will provide exceptional customer service to park guests, ensuring a fun, safe, and memorable experience. You will assist in the daily operations of rides, attractions, and park services, ensuring that all guests are treated with respect and receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interaction: Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, provide directions, and assist with inquiries regarding park attractions, amenities, and services.
  • Ride and Attraction Assistance: Ensure that guests are safely seated and properly secured on rides and attractions, operate ride controls as necessary, and monitor guests during their experience.
  • Safety & Security: Monitor guest behavior and maintain a safe environment by enforcing park policies, safety rules, and regulations. Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly to management.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning tasks, including picking up trash, sanitizing common areas, and maintaining park cleanliness.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies quickly and appropriately, assisting with evacuations if necessary and following established procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to ensure the park operates efficiently and provide support as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
