- Responsible for overall management of the service center activities and ensure the achievement of service center objectives.
- To ensure all target such as intake, sales/revenue, CSI, parts etc. are met as per guidelines.
- Responsible for the implementation and compliance of PSM standard at all time.
- Lead and communicates with staff/team on a regular basis to discuss customer feedback, issues, seek and provide suggestions for improvements in order to create a conducive working environment.
- Creates common, shared goals and motivates the team to support key initiatives and achieve their performance objectives.
- To ensure service center personnel receive adequate training in order to upgrade their skills/knowledge.
- To ensure that all the administrative requirements for the service center are fulfilled
- Relevant documents/system are being utilized and monitored accordingly.
- Monitoring of warranty claim submission is administered.
- Monitoring and minimizing quantity of pending vehicles.
- Inventory of parts, accessories, lubricants, tools, facilities are maintained in good conditions.
- Deals with various external regulatory authorities regarding regulations and ensures service centers follow the regulations to avoid fines and complaints from the authorities concerned.
- To ensure that safe working practices are in place in order that there is no loss in down time, productivity, injuries and damage of company property/reputation.
- Cultivate customer service mind to all staff/team and always put customer satisfaction as highest priority
- To perform any other duties specified by superior/HQ.
- Degree holder and above - Any certifications related to automotive service management, such as from automotive institutes or brands, can be a bonus.
- Experience in related field preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
